At Peak Human Lab LLC, we are committed to delivering your order in a timely and reliable manner. Please read this Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days from the date of purchase, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information within 24–72 hours of dispatch.
3. Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders across the United States. No minimum purchase is required. There are no hidden shipping fees at checkout.
4. Estimated Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timeframes vary based on the size and nature of your order:
Small Items (such as red light therapy devices, PEMF devices, and similar compact products): Estimated delivery within 5–10 business days after dispatch.
Large Equipment (such as hyperbaric oxygen therapy chambers, sauna equipment, ice baths, laser therapy devices, and other oversized items): Estimated delivery within 10–25 business days after dispatch.
All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays, high order volume, supply chain disruptions, and weather events. Peak Human Lab LLC does not guarantee specific delivery dates.
5. Freight Shipping for Large Equipment
Large and heavy equipment items are shipped via freight carrier. The following terms apply specifically to freight deliveries:
Delivery Appointment: A freight carrier representative will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment before your shipment arrives. It is your responsibility to be available at the agreed-upon time.
Curbside Delivery Only: Freight deliveries are curbside only. The carrier will deliver your item to the curb or the end of your driveway. The carrier is not responsible for bringing items inside your home, garage, or any other location on your property.
Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for moving and positioning large equipment items from the curbside. Please ensure you have the necessary assistance or equipment arranged in advance.
Missed Delivery Appointments: If you miss your scheduled freight delivery appointment without adequate advance notice to the carrier, you may be subject to redelivery or storage fees charged by the freight carrier. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Peak Human Lab LLC.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a tracking number via email within 24–72 hours. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment on the carrier’s website. If you do not receive tracking information within this timeframe, please contact us at support@peakhumanlab.com.
7. Delays and Disruptions
While we make every effort to meet the estimated delivery timeframes stated above, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to carrier delays or service disruptions, manufacturing or production delays, and high order volume during peak periods. Peak Human Lab LLC is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or any events outside our reasonable control. If your order experiences a significant delay, our customer support team will contact you as soon as possible.
8. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase. Peak Human Lab LLC is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@peakhumanlab.com. We will make every effort to correct the address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed by our fulfillment team.
9. Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking information shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please take the following steps: Check around your property, including any secure drop locations, and check with neighbors or building management. Contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number to file a missing package report. If the issue remains unresolved after contacting the carrier, email us at support@peakhumanlab.com with your order number and carrier case reference. We will work with you and the carrier to investigate and pursue the best available resolution.
10. Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please refer to our Returns and Refund Policy for instructions on reporting and resolving damage claims. Damage must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery and must be accompanied by clear photographic evidence of both the outer packaging and the damaged item.
