1. Limited Warranty Coverage

Peak Human Lab LLC provides a 2-year limited warranty on all products sold through peakhumanlab.com, effective from the date of original purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship that arise under normal, intended use of the product.

A manufacturing defect is defined as a flaw in the product that existed at the time of purchase and that prevents the product from functioning as described under normal use conditions, in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines.

2. What This Warranty Covers

This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship present at the time of purchase, component failures arising from manufacturing faults under normal use, and structural defects that impair the product’s intended functionality.

3. What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This limited warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or failure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions, damage caused by unauthorized modifications or alterations to the product, normal wear and tear from regular use, cosmetic damage including scratches, dents, or discoloration that do not affect functionality, damage caused by accidents, drops, or improper storage, damage caused by using the product outside of its intended purpose, damage caused by power surges or improper electrical connections, products where the serial number or identification markings have been removed or altered, consumable parts and components that degrade with normal use, and damage resulting from third-party repairs or parts not authorized by the manufacturer.

4. Warranty Claim Process

To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

Contact our support team at support@peakhumanlab.com within the warranty period. Include your order number, the name and description of the product, a detailed description of the defect or issue, and clear photographs or video evidence of the defect. Our team will review your claim within 2–3 business days and advise you on the next steps.

Do not return any product without first receiving a return authorization from Peak Human Lab LLC. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

5. Warranty Remedies

If your warranty claim is approved, Peak Human Lab LLC will, at its sole discretion, repair the defective product, replace the defective product with the same or a comparable model, or provide a partial or full refund depending on the circumstances of the claim.

The remedy provided will be determined by the nature of the defect, the product in question, and product availability at the time of the claim.

6. Warranty Transferability

This limited warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. It does not apply to products purchased through unauthorized third-party sellers or resellers.

7. Limitation of Warranty

This limited warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by Peak Human Lab LLC. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Peak Human Lab LLC disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Peak Human Lab LLC’s liability under this warranty is limited to repair, replacement, or refund as described above and shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product. Peak Human Lab LLC is not liable for any incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from a product defect.

8. Manufacturer Warranties

Where a manufacturer’s warranty exists and provides greater coverage or a longer warranty period, the terms most favorable to the customer shall apply.
