Products are to be used strictly in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions provided with each product. Misuse, modification, or use outside of the intended purpose may result in property damage, personal injury, or voiding of your warranty.
2. Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) Chambers
Hyperbaric oxygen therapy chambers sold by Peak Human Lab LLC are soft-shell, portable wellness chambers intended for general relaxation and wellness purposes only. They are not medical-grade hyperbaric chambers and are not a substitute for clinical hyperbaric oxygen therapy administered by a licensed medical professional.
Use at your own risk. Individuals with claustrophobia, respiratory conditions, ear or sinus disorders, a history of collapsed lung, or any other serious health condition should consult a qualified healthcare professional before use. Follow all manufacturer safety guidelines at all times. Do not modify the chamber or use it near open flames or heat sources. Keep out of reach of children.
3. Red Light Therapy Devices
Red light therapy devices are designed for general wellness and lifestyle use only. These devices are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Avoid direct eye exposure during use. Individuals with photosensitivity, a history of skin cancer, or those taking photosensitizing medications should consult a healthcare professional before use. Follow manufacturer guidelines for session duration and recommended distance at all times.
4. PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field) Devices
PEMF devices are designed for general wellness and lifestyle use only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

5. Laser Therapy Devices
Laser therapy devices sold by Peak Human Lab LLC are intended for general wellness and lifestyle use only. They are not intended for use in clinical or medical procedures and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Use at your own risk. Never point laser devices at eyes or at other individuals. Use appropriate protective eyewear as specified by the manufacturer at all times during operation. These devices must be used strictly in accordance with manufacturer instructions. Keep out of reach of children. Improper use of laser devices may cause serious injury.
6. Ice Baths and Cold Therapy Equipment
Ice baths and cold therapy equipment are designed for general wellness and lifestyle use only. Cold water immersion carries inherent risks and is not suitable for everyone.
Do not use ice baths if you have cardiovascular conditions, hypertension, Raynaud’s syndrome, open wounds, or any condition that may be adversely affected by cold temperatures. Always have another adult present during cold immersion sessions. Never submerge your head. Limit session duration in accordance with manufacturer guidelines. If you experience discomfort, numbness, or difficulty breathing, exit the bath immediately and seek appropriate assistance.
7. Sauna Equipment
Sauna equipment is designed for general wellness and relaxation purposes only. Saunas are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Stay hydrated before, during, and after sauna sessions. Do not use saunas under the influence of alcohol or medications that may impair your ability to regulate body temperature. Individuals with cardiovascular conditions, low blood pressure, or other serious health conditions should consult a healthcare professional before use. Limit session durations per manufacturer guidelines. Keep out of reach of children.
8. General Safety Statement
All products should be used by adults only unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer. Keep all products out of reach of children. Follow the specific safety instructions provided in the product manual. If you experience any adverse reaction during use, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional. Do not use any product if it shows signs of damage or malfunction.
