Returns & Refund Policy

At Peak Human Lab LLC, we stand behind the quality of our products. Please read this Returns and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Standard Returns — Small and Mid-Size Products
For standard products (including but not limited to red light therapy devices, PEMF devices, and similar compact items), we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition. The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and components. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. A return authorization must be requested from our support team at support@peakhumanlab.com before shipping the item back. Do not ship items without a return authorization — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the inspection outcome. If the item meets the return conditions above, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. If the item does not meet the return conditions (e.g., shows signs of use, damage, or is missing original components), we will notify you and the item will be returned to you. Return shipping costs for rejected items are the responsibility of the customer.
2. Large Equipment — Final Sale Items
Due to the nature, size, and logistical complexity of large equipment, the following product categories are sold as final sale and are not eligible for return:
Hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) chambers, sauna equipment, ice baths (full-size units), laser therapy devices, and other large or freight-shipped equipment.

3. Exceptions for Large Equipment
We will accept a return, provide a replacement, or issue a refund for large equipment only in the following documented circumstances:
Damaged on Arrival: If your item arrives with visible damage caused during transit. Damage must be reported to us at support@peakhumanlab.com within 24–48 hours of delivery. Clear photographic evidence of both the outer packaging and the damaged item is required before a claim can be processed.
Manufacturing Defect: If your item has a confirmed manufacturing defect that prevents it from functioning as described under normal, intended use conditions. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery, accompanied by a written description and supporting photographic or video evidence of the defect.
Incorrect Item Received: If you receive an item that is materially different from what you ordered. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with supporting documentation.
To initiate an exception claim, email support@peakhumanlab.com with your order number, a clear description of the issue, and all relevant evidence. We will review your claim and respond within 2–3 business days.
4. Refund Timeline
For approved returns or claims, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after we have received and inspected the returned item, or after a claim has been approved (for large equipment exceptions). Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account. Peak Human Lab LLC is not responsible for processing delays caused by financial institutions.
5. Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@peakhumanlab.com with your order number.
Orders not yet shipped: If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Orders already shipped: If your order has already been dispatched, cancellation cannot be processed while in transit. Once you receive the item, our standard return policy applies for eligible products. For large equipment items, our final sale policy applies.
6. Damage Reporting Requirements
If your order arrives damaged, take the following steps immediately: Do not discard any packaging materials. Photograph the outer packaging and the damaged item clearly before moving or unpacking further. Contact us at support@peakhumanlab.com within 24–48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos of the damage, and a written description. Failure to report damage within this timeframe or failure to provide adequate documentation may result in your claim being denied.
7. Non-Returnable Items
In addition to large equipment, the following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances: items that have been used or assembled, items that have been altered or modified from their original condition, items missing original packaging, accessories, manuals, or documentation, and consumable components or parts.
8. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return for an eligible item: Contact our support team at support@peakhumanlab.com with your order number and reason for return. Wait for written return authorization and return shipping instructions from our team. Ship the item securely in its original packaging to the address provided in the authorization. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days if the return conditions are met.
